Owner & Designer
Defining and creating her client’s ideal homes, Ashley’s natural eye for color, visual expertise, and individual artistry has provided a well-versed aesthetic for multiple interior styles.
Through decades of design experience creating the feeling of “home,” Ashley’s expertise will revamp your existing decor or create an entirely new look with Refresh Denver’s unique and constantly evolving inventory.
CONOR ADAMS:
Owner & Operator
Conor brings his entrepreneurial spirit and ten years of small business ownership to Refresh Denver Staging. Combining his attention to detail with a passion for logistics and improving efficiency, Conor is an integral part of our success.
His business acumen, coupled with a shared love for design makes Conor the quintessential jack of all trades to lead the Refresh Denver team to success.
HAILEY CALKINS:
Designer
Hailey is a certified home stager and floral designer who is naturally adept to creating beautiful and unique living spaces for our clients. Her experience in the hospitality industry has provided her with great exposure to various design styles, and she draws upon that experience as she considers the best design elements for each client’s space.
In addition to creating beautiful living spaces, Hailey has a knack for ensuring that her designs are highly functional to increase livability and, ultimately, client satisfaction.
JANICE ADAMS:
Assistant Designer
Raised in the vast and wooded hillsides of the Cascade-Sierra Mountains and a frequent globe-trotter, Janice has always been inspired by the nature and cultures that surround her.
Since earning a B.A. in Design from Cal State, Long Beach. she has implemented her natural and organic design styles in a broad range of fields, to make client spaces more inviting, comfortable, and influential.
ALEXIS DAUGHERTY:
Asst. Designer & Realtor
As a licensed realtor in Colorado, Alexis has a passion for helping families achieve their real estate goals and works hard to turn their vision into a home.
In addition to her realty background, she is also a Certified Home Staging Expert with a keen eye for art and design making her an invaluable part of our Denver team.
MELISSA PERRY:
Assistant Designer
Mel is a former engineer turned professional. home stager. She discovered her love for staging after renovating a mountain Airbnb and took the leap to start a new career path.
Her ingenuity to make a space come alive with lively decor invites others to better envision their future. When she is not at work, Mel enjoys exercise, traveling, camping, and hiking with her husband and their big fluffy dog.
AMANDA RISSLER:

Bringing a fresh perspective to Refresh Denver Staging, Amanda’s background in product design inspires a unique and innovative approach to designing inviting and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
Outside of the office, she loves exploring her home state of Colorado's natural scenery, running along the trails, and spending time with her dog.

At Refresh Denver, Morgan applies her love for historical charm and modern aesthetics to blend contemporary flair with timeless elegance.
A devoted dog mom and an enthusiast of exploring old Colorado mining towns with her fiancée, she brings a unique blend of creativity and practicality to every project, making each space a true reflection of style and comfort.

From a young age, Jessica loved exploring new environments and creating lasting memories. Over the years she has traveled all over the united states and gathered design inspiration along the way. From her adventures, she has learned to work with natural beauty and bring the outdoors closer to home.
The gorgeous Rocky Mountain state of Colorado is the perfect place to show off her skills and bring the natural world to life in carefully designed homes.
CODI VANDYK:
Staging Assistant
Drawing on her educational background in Mental Health and Studio Art, Codi has a keen understanding of how our surrounding spaces impact our physical and mental wellbeing, she believes that the places we frequently inhabit should be more than just visually appealing; they should serve as sanctuaries that nurture and sustain healthy bodies & minds.
An avid tinkerer, explorer and creative at heart, Codi is most likely to be found tightening a loose screw, painting in her studio, or blissfully lost somewhere in the Rockies.
MORIAH
Staging Assistant
With her background as a small business owner and creative in the wedding industry, Moriah has honed her passion for style and design through years of experience. Producing work that resonates with people on a personal level, her fresh and innovative designs have not only won her accolades within the industry but has established her as a trendsetter among her peers.
Moriah lives in Golden, loves Christmas, and spends her free time playing with flowers and camping with her precious Lab Duncan Idaho.
JILL HODGES:
Designer & Realtor
Jill is a professional award-winning designer, licensed realtor, content writer for SHLTR, and mommy to an eight year old girl and three year-old Goldendoodle. Having lived in Denver for over two decades, she is a Colorado girl with an international background.
Contracted by single individuals and global corporations alike, Jill is well know for her enthusiastic and motivated creative concepts where her fine art and graphic design backgrounds found a natural transition into real estate and interiors.
