This three story townhouse presented a unique opportunity to create a cohesive theme between the different floors. By staging a mid-century modern aesthetic, the house sold within two weeks.

With less than 24 hours notice, we brought this magnificent 10,000 sq ft home to life.

At only 669 sq ft, this project was challenging. By adding a bistro table and embracing an open floor concept, we are able to easily make the space feel larger and more inviting, and it sold within the first week of hitting MLS.

After sitting on the market for over 60 days with no action, we brought in warmth and a bohemian vibe in this trendy neighborhood, and the property sold within two weeks thereafter.

This home presented a wonderful opportunity for occupied staging.  We added luxury rugs, new art throughout, warm accessories, and new bedding.  Plus, creating a seating area in the spa helped to put the sale price over the top.

One of our recurring clients reached out to bring this bachelor condo back to life. By placing a new dining set, coffee table, art, pillows, and bedding, the space was able to shine and become home to a new family.

This modern customized condo was a challenge with its excess amount of heavy darker woods.  It was on the market for over a year before Refresh Denver Staging gave it an update and a light bright feel that allowed a buyer to actually envision living there.

Working within the parameters of a custom barn wood wall isn’t easy. By tying in natural finishes and neutral tones, we were able to make it feel current and orderly.

With a challenging layout and color story in this downtown loft, bringing this space up to date required smaller furniture and art pieces that tied in the multiple paint colors.

Our first “mini flip,” we were commissioned to replace all of the flooring, paint all of the interior, replace the fixtures, and select and install multiple designer wallpapers.

As a newly built duplex, this space needed some warmth to take away the feeling of sterility and make it feel like a family home.  Both duplex properties sold within a week after listing.
