One of our favorite luxury home flipping clients brought this project to us. Marrying our design talent with the picturesque panoramic, this home found its place in the west Denver hills.

This new construction with one-of-a-kind custom finishes was an instant match for Refresh Denver Staging services.  We added a personal touch to an already amazing architectural masterpiece.

This unique property presented another small floor plan. By playing off the spiral staircase going down to the master suite and wine cellar, we were able to give it a homey and inviting feel.

By converting the entire downstairs a primary bedroom suite, it opened up the main level to add two additional bedrooms, which overall made the home feel more open and inviting. 

On a major street with two separate stairwells, this house already had a lot going for it.  We pulled out all the stops to give this home the potential buyers it deserved.

This occupied staging project was magical when we fused our two styles together, adding original artwork and bright pops of color, this house went under contract in less than two weeks.

At only 669 sq ft, this project was challenging. By adding a bistro table and embracing an open floor concept, we are able to easily make the space feel larger and more inviting, and it sold within the first week of hitting MLS.

After sitting on the market for over 60 days with no action, we brought in warmth and a bohemian vibe in this trendy neighborhood, and the property sold within two weeks thereafter.

This home presented a wonderful opportunity for occupied staging.  We added luxury rugs, new art throughout, warm accessories, and new bedding.  Plus, creating a seating area in the spa helped to put the sale price over the top.

Our first “mini flip,” we were commissioned to replace all of the flooring, paint all of the interior, replace the fixtures, and select and install multiple designer wallpapers.

Being one of our all-time favorite partially furnished properties, we were able to use their original art combined with our mid-century modern furniture to bring cohesion to the many rooms and make the whole home flow the way it should.

Working with the existing darker finishes in the house, we brought in light bright art, pillows, and accessories to give this home the fresh look that it needed.
