Our first “mini flip,” we were commissioned to replace all of the flooring, paint all of the interior, replace the fixtures, and select and install multiple designer wallpapers.

Being one of our all-time favorite partially furnished properties, we were able to use their original art combined with our mid-century modern furniture to bring cohesion to the many rooms and make the whole home flow the way it should.

Working with the existing darker finishes in the house, we brought in light bright art, pillows, and accessories to give this home the fresh look that it needed.
